You can choose theme and background image in this page.

Install GRUB Customizer

Run all these commands as ROOT or SUDO.
1. First add the repository.
add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-customizer
2. Then refresh the package list.
apt-get update
3. Now install the tool.
apt-get install grub-customizer

apt-get remove --autoremove grub-customizer
