Error:

Windows Server: VMXNet3 is not detected during startup.

Solution:

Install the vmware tools. If it is already installed Please upgrade it to the latest Version.

How to Install vmware tools :

Right click on the VM.
Choose 'Install vmware tools'
Navigate to CD in the Windows Explore
Click on the Setup
